PAWEL, SHIFTLEADER PRODUCTION
Hi, my name is Pawel and I have been working at ACE since January 1st 2020. The new factory of ACE was started up at that time. It appealed to me that we work with extrusion processes and that there are opportunities for growth. I saw this as a nice challenge because such opportunities are not often offered to start up a new factory. At ACE I started as a line operator where after 3 months I was promoted to a team leader position. In this position I am responsible for working according to safety regulations, planning and organizing, motivating, supervising and managing employees and together with my team taking care of quality, quantity of production. At ACE your ideas and suggestions for improvement are appreciated. Nice colleagues with whom you can work as a team, this makes me enjoy going to work and look forward to the future at ACE.
JIM, QC OPERATOR
Hey, I'm Jim and I'm working at ACE from January 1st 2020. More than a year ago I was made aware of the vacancy at ACE as a quality operator. The plastics industry attracted me and the choice was not difficult for me. Starting a successful laboratory with previously acquired theory and practice. Starting a new factory from 0, that's a nice challenge!
Together with my colleagues we wrote methods, procedures and work instructions in accordance with ISO. All this in order to guarantee the quality of our product. While working at ACE I also learned a lot of new things like working with the lab extruder, testing new recipes on a small extruder before everything is scaled up to production.
ESMÉE, HR OFFICER
Hi, my name is Esmée. I graduated for my Master's degree in Human Resource Studies in March 2020 and have been working at ACE since July 1st 2020 in the position of HR Officer. I immediately felt welcome from the first moment I entered ACE. What makes working at ACE so much fun for me? The short lines of communication and the nice colleagues with whom we work hard every day to make our new factory a success. The main thing that interests me in HR and my job is the variety and contributing to both the staff and the organization. We are a starting and growing organization and I am therefore very busy with the recruitment and selection of new colleagues. Would you like to join our team?
