QA Specialist

Who are we?

Mitsui Prime Advanced Composites Europe B.V., also known as “ACE,” operates under the Mitsui Chemicals Group. Our plant, which focuses on producing PP compound for use in the automotive sector, opened in early 2020. We are currently looking for a QA Specialist. You will be part of the QESH department and will be responsible for ensuring our plant maintains high quality standards. Are you looking for a job where no two days are the same? Then read on.

The role

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Manage and improve the integrated management system in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001, including document management.

• Prepare for, facilitate, and follow up on internal and external audits to ensure the organization demonstrably complies with all relevant standards.

• Investigating and resolving complaints and quality issues using the 8D methodology and other Root Cause Analysis techniques, both internally and with regard to customers and suppliers.

• Setting up, implementing, and managing the Automotive Core Tools, such as APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and PPAP.

• Answering internal and external quality questions in a timely, comprehensive, and expert manner.

• Developing and delivering training on quality standards, processes, and methodologies within the organization.

• Supporting the QESH Manager in a variety of tasks and projects.

Your profile

To succeed in this role, we require the following:

• A relevant associate’s degree or higher, or demonstrable experience at a professional level in the field of quality within a manufacturing environment;

• Experience in a similar position;

• You are familiar with quality standards, preferably within the automotive industry;

• You are a self-starter and solution-oriented;

• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
